You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

What is the refund policy?

Payments are non-refundable. Eligible accounts can use one 14-day free trial covering 5 PCs and 5 consoles, so you can run your venue on HandyCafe before you pay. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged for the next period.

Which payment methods can I use?

Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards. Available payment methods can vary by country.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

On the Stripe checkout page, click "Add promotion code" and enter your coupon before completing the payment.

What happens when my trial ends?

When the trial ends, HandyCafe locks and your data stays safe. Subscribe whenever you are ready and you continue right where you left off.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Your cafe keeps running. Sessions, members and sales work on your own PC. Cloud backup and remote access carry on when the connection is back.

Are the Cloud features included?

Yes. AI Benchmark, AI Suggestions, Cloud backup and every other cloud feature are part of your plan at no extra cost. The AI chat assistant is the one feature that runs on separately bought credits.

Is the AI chat included?

Yes, the AI chat is included. AI usage runs on credits, so you buy AI credits whenever you want to use it.
