HandyCafe is built for internet cafes, gaming centers, esports lounges, PC bangs and venues that rent PlayStation or Xbox consoles by time.

Can I manage PCs and consoles together?

Yes. PC and console sessions share the same pricing and transaction foundation. Consoles can be tracked from the server without installing client software on them.

What can I manage remotely?

Remote View lets you see a client screen, control mouse and keyboard, synchronize the clipboard, capture the screen and restart or shut down the computer. HandyCafe Manager also gives mobile access to live sessions, device status, members and reports.

How does QR login work?

The member scans the one-time QR code on the client screen with HandyCafe Gamer and confirms on the phone. The session starts without entering the account password on a shared computer.

Which pricing options are supported?

HandyCafe supports prepaid and postpaid sessions, PC and console rates, starting fees, scheduled time multipliers, member discounts, wallet balances and time packages.

Is HandyCafe Cloud required?

Core client and session management runs on the local network. Cloud backup, mobile connectivity, AI, benchmarking and online cafeteria features require internet access and the relevant service.
