No. HandyCafe Genesis is offered as ready-made capacity packages for 10, 25, 50, 75 or 100 PCs and consoles. Venues with more than 100 devices can contact us for a tailored setup.
Are Cloud and Cafeteria required?
No. HandyCafe Genesis handles core local venue management. Cloud and Cafeteria are optional, flat-price services per venue and can be added separately or as a bundle.
Are there mobile apps?
Yes. HandyCafe Manager is for owners and operators; HandyCafe Gamer is for members. Both are available for iOS and Android.
Is there a trial version?
No. Installation files can be downloaded, but an active HandyCafe Genesis package is required to use the product. Downloading the installer is not a trial.
What happens if the internet connection is interrupted?
Core HandyCafe Genesis session and client operations run on the local server. Cloud, mobile, off-site backup, AI and online services require an internet connection.
Can PCs and consoles be managed in the same venue?
Yes. PC and console sessions share the same pricing and transaction foundation while remaining available through appropriate operational views.
