Are the Cloud features included?

Yes. AI Benchmark, AI Suggestions, Cloud backup and every other cloud feature are part of your plan at no extra cost.

Is the AI chat included?

Yes, the AI chat is included. AI usage runs on credits, so you buy AI credits whenever you want to use it.

Is Cafeteria included?

Yes. The Cafeteria module is fully included, with no separate add-on to buy.

Is the online game catalog included?

Yes. Online Game Management and the game catalog are included in your plan.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Which payment methods can I use?

Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards. Available payment methods can vary by country.

What is the refund policy?

Payments are non-refundable. Every account starts with a full 14 day free trial, so you can test HandyCafe completely before you pay. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged for the next period.
