Frequently asked questions.
Do I pay extra for it?
No. Wi-Fi sales are included in your HandyCafe Genesis Pro license. Phones and laptops that connect over Wi-Fi don't count toward the number of PCs in your license.
How long are records kept?
Two years. The record of each finished day is signed. For an official request, you find the device with the IP, port and time.
Can a guest buy a package on their own phone?
No. Packages are sold at the desk. Members ask staff to add the package to their own account. Then they connect on the login screen with their username and password.
Will my customer PCs slow down?
No. Guests connect on a separate Wi-Fi network, with the speed limit you set.
Will my access point work?
Any Wi-Fi device that can run in bridge or access point mode works. In router mode, phones can't be told apart.
What happens if a printed voucher is stolen?
Nothing. The voucher waits in stock and only starts working when it is sold at the desk.
