Cloud Benchmark
The Benchmark tab shows how your cafe compares to similar venues in your region. Your data stays anonymous. You only ever see aggregated peer figures, never another cafe's details. Other cafes never see yours.

How the Cohort Works
A cohort is the group of anonymized cafes in your country that you are compared against. HandyCafe builds a cohort once at least twenty cafes in your region contribute anonymous data. Until then, the tab tells you the cohort is still being formed. Your own suggestions are shown while it fills up.
The data your server contributes is collected automatically after setup. You do not need to enter anything by hand.
What the Benchmark Shows
When your cohort is ready, the tab presents several sections. Use the Refresh control to reload the latest figures.
Revenue and Volume
Compares your cafe against the cohort on revenue, expenses, member revenue, session count, occupied time, and new members. Each metric is shown as a percentile range, from the 10th percentile through the median to the 90th percentile, with your own value marked on the range.
Utilization Ratios
Compares your PC utilization, console utilization, and member revenue share against the cohort, again as percentile ranges.
Revenue Trend vs Median
A chart that plots your revenue trend against the cohort median, with a shaded band for the middle of the cohort. The legend marks your cafe, the cohort median, and the band.
Cohort Hourly Occupancy Profile
A 24-hour heatmap showing the typical demand across the cohort by hour. It reveals when peer cafes are busiest.
Suggestions
Actionable advice based on the comparison, such as quiet-hour campaign opportunities, peak-hour summaries, and notes where your utilization or member revenue share is below the cohort median. When nothing stands out, the section confirms your cafe is performing well.
Top Items in Cohort
A ranked list of the top games, apps, and products across the cohort in your region.
When Data Is Not Ready
The Benchmark tab explains why it cannot show a comparison yet:
- Telemetry data is not yet available. The server collects data automatically after setup. Check back in a few days.
- There are not enough cafes in your region to build a cohort.
- Not enough data has been collected yet.
- The cloud service could not be reached. Check your network and the Live Link.
