Statistics

The Statistics page is a 9-tab analytics dashboard that provides comprehensive business insights into every aspect of your internet cafe or gaming center operations. It aggregates data from sessions, transactions, application usage, and other system records to produce meaningful reports.

Accessing Statistics

Navigate to the Statistics page from the main sidebar. The page opens with the first tab selected by default.

Date Range Selection

Every tab includes a date range selector with common presets (today, this week, this month, this year) and the ability to define a custom range. Changing the date range immediately refreshes all charts and data tables within the active tab.

Tabs Overview

The dashboard is organized into nine tabs, each focused on a specific area of analysis:

1. Revenues

Tracks income trends over time with breakdowns by source (sessions, orders, campaigns). Supports period-over-period comparison to identify growth or decline patterns.

2. Sales

Analyzes product sales performance, including top-selling products, category breakdowns, and order volume trends.

3. Expenses

Monitors spending patterns with expense tracking over time, category breakdowns, and vendor analysis.

4. Sessions

Reports on session count, average duration, revenue per session, trends over time, and peak hours analysis.

5. Consoles

Shows gaming console utilization rates, popular consoles, and session duration per console type.

6. Applications

Lists the most-used applications by total time, app usage by category, and trends over time.

7. Computer Usage

Provides per-PC metrics including utilization percentage, uptime, revenue per machine, and identification of the busiest PCs.

8. Member Usage

Highlights top members by spending, session frequency per member, average session duration, and member retention.

9. Cashier Stats

Evaluates cashier performance with metrics on transactions processed, revenue per cashier, shift performance, and login/logout patterns.

Data Sources

Statistics are aggregated from the following database tables and modules:

  • Sessions -- Session start/stop times, durations, and pricing data.
  • Transactions -- All financial records including payments and refunds.
  • App Usage -- Application launch and duration tracking from client PCs.
  • Orders -- Product order records and line items.
  • Expenses -- Recorded business expenses.
  • Members -- Member profiles and activity history.
  • Cashiers -- Cashier shift and transaction records.
