Tournaments and Events
Tournaments and Events publishes a competition or a gathering to your members. They see it in the HandyCafe Gamer app and register from their phone. The counter then tracks who turned up.
Open the Cloud page and select Tournaments and Events. The tab needs an active Cloud connection.
Tournament or Event
Both types use the same record. Pick the one that fits:

Creating One
New Tournament opens a form in three sections.
Basic info

Schedule and format

Times use the local clock of the computer entering them.
Prize and entry

| Entry fee | Leave it empty for free entry. A tournament with no fee is shown as Free |
Poster
Upload a poster for the listing. It can be changed or removed later.
Statuses

Participants
View participants lists everyone who registered. Each entry is either Registered or Checked In. The counter marks arrivals on the day.
Editing and Deleting
An existing tournament can be edited at any time. Changes reach the member app on the next sync.
Deleting asks for confirmation and cannot be undone. Cancel the tournament instead if members have already registered.
Common Messages
