Revenue and Sales Statistics

This page documents the Revenues, Sales, and Expenses tabs of the Statistics dashboard. Together, these three tabs give business owners a complete picture of income, product performance, and expenditures.

Revenues Tab

The Revenues tab tracks all income flowing into the business over the selected date range.

Income Trends

A time-series chart plots total revenue over days, weeks, or months, making it easy to spot seasonal patterns, growth trends, or unexpected dips.

Breakdown by Source

Revenue is categorized by its origin:

  • Sessions -- Income from prepaid and postpaid PC and console usage.
  • Orders -- Income from food, beverage, and merchandise sales.
  • Campaigns -- Income from promotional packages and campaign purchases.

Each source is displayed as a separate series or segment, allowing owners to see which revenue streams contribute most.

Comparison Periods

Select two date ranges to compare revenue side by side. This is useful for evaluating month-over-month or year-over-year performance.

Sales Tab

The Sales tab focuses on product and order analytics.

Top-Selling Products

A ranked list of products sorted by total quantity sold or total revenue generated. This helps identify which items drive the most business.

Category Breakdown

Products are grouped by category (e.g., beverages, snacks, accessories), with aggregate totals for each. This view reveals which product categories perform best.

Order Volume Trends

A time-series chart showing the number of orders placed over the selected period. Spikes may correlate with events, promotions, or peak hours.

Expenses Tab

The Expenses tab provides visibility into business spending.

Expense Tracking Over Time

A time-series chart plots total expenses, helping owners monitor whether spending is trending up or down.

Category Breakdown

Expenses are grouped by category (e.g., utilities, supplies, maintenance, rent). This breakdown highlights where money is going and identifies potential areas for cost reduction.

Vendor Analysis

Expenses are also grouped by vendor or supplier, showing how much is spent with each. This supports better negotiation and vendor management decisions.
