Cloud AI Suggestions
The AI Suggestions tab reads your own cafe data and turns it into short, plain-language insights and tips. It helps you spot trends and act on them without building reports or writing queries.
This tab requires a Cloud subscription. Without one, the tab shows a feature teaser. See Cloud for how subscriptions work.
Choosing a Period
A filter bar at the top sets the period the suggestions are based on:
- Today
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Custom: Pick a start and end date with the From and To date fields, then use Refresh to load the range.
Every insight and tip is calculated from your data for the selected period.
Summary
The Summary band lists insights drawn from the period you chose. Typical insights include:
- Whether revenue is up, down, or about the same compared to the previous period.
- Your best day and the amount it earned.
- Your weakest weekday.
- Your peak hours.
- Your net profit margin.
These insights are read-only. They describe what your data shows for the selected period.
Action Tips
The Action Tips section turns the insights into things you can do. Typical tips include:
- A quiet weekday window with low occupancy where a promotion could help.
- A product category with low revenue that is worth promoting.
- An expense category that grew and is worth reviewing.
Empty and Loading States
- While data loads, the tab shows a loading indicator.
- When there is no data for the selected period, the tab reads that there is no data for this period. Try a wider range, such as Last 30 Days.
