Management Settings
The Management Settings category lets you configure the management action menu. This quick-access menu provides shortcuts to key administrative interfaces throughout the application.
Overview
The management menu is a dynamic, ordered list of items that appears in management interfaces across the server UI. You can control which items are visible, their order, and how they are grouped.
Menu Item Types
The management menu supports two types of entries:
Separators
Visual dividers that group related menu items together. A separator appears as a horizontal line in the menu, helping organize the list into logical sections.
Menu Items
Actionable entries that open a management interface in a new window or panel. Each menu item has:
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Icon | A visual icon displayed next to the item name |
| Name | The label shown in the menu |
| Target | The management interface that opens when clicked |
Available Management Interfaces
The following interfaces can be added as menu items:
| Interface | Description |
|---|---|
| Members | Member database for viewing, adding, editing, and managing member accounts |
| Cashiers | Cashier accounts for creating and managing cashier operator accounts |
| Cashier Roles | Role-based permissions for defining what each cashier role can access |
| Consoles | Console definitions for configuring gaming console entries |
| Campaigns | Campaign management for creating promotional campaigns and packages |
| Products | Product catalog for managing items available for sale and ordering |
| Suppliers | Supplier directory for tracking vendors and supply sources |
| Inventory | Inventory tracking for monitoring stock levels and product quantities |
| Payment Methods | Payment method configuration for defining accepted payment types |
Customizing the Menu
Reordering
Drag menu items up or down to change their position in the list. The order you set here is the order items appear in the management menu throughout the application.
Visibility
Each menu item can be shown or hidden. Hidden items are not displayed in the management menu but remain in the configuration so you can re-enable them later.
Adding Separators
Insert separators between groups of related items. For example, you might place a separator between financial items (Products, Suppliers, Inventory) and people-related items (Members, Cashiers, Cashier Roles).
Usage
After configuring the management menu, save your changes. The updated menu layout is reflected immediately across all management interfaces in the server UI.
