Cloud Overview
The Overview tab is the landing page for the Cloud. It gives you a single snapshot of your connection health and a summary of every product and subscription on your account. The Overview tab is free and always available.
Use the Refresh button to reload every value on the page.
Account Summary
At the top of the tab, HandyCafe shows the account that the cloud services are registered to and when the subscription renews:
- Registered to: The account name or cafe name and the email on file.
- Renewal date: The next renewal date for your subscription.
Products and subscriptions are licensed to this account. Purchases and renewals are completed in your browser through secure HandyCafe links.
Status Cards
Live Link
Shows the real-time connection between your cafe and the HandyCafe cloud. The card reports Cloud connected with the time the connection was established, or Cloud disconnected with the last error when the link is down.
Messages
Shows how many cloud messages you have not read yet. When there are unread messages, the card displays the count. When everything is read, it shows No unread messages. Open the Messages tab to read them.
Sync Status
Shows the current state of cloud backup and data synchronization. The card reads Sync active when data is syncing and Sync inactive when it is not. Open the Backup & Sync tab for details.
Product Cards
The Overview tab lists a card for each product on your account. Each card shows a status badge (Active, Trial, Grace period, Expired, or Inactive) and the renewal date when the product is subscribed.
HandyCafe License
Shows your plan name, your client allowance (for example, the number of client PCs in use out of your limit), and the renewal date.
Cloud Backup & Sync
When subscribed, the card shows the renewal date. When not subscribed, it invites you to subscribe to unlock Suggestions, Backup & Sync, and more, with a Subscribe button that opens the purchase page in your browser.
AI Assistant
When the AI Assistant is enabled, the card shows your remaining Credit balance in your currency and a Buy credit button. When it is not enabled, the card describes the feature: ask plain-language questions about your cafe data and get instant insights on revenue, sessions, members, and trends.
Cafeteria
When subscribed, the card shows the renewal date. When not subscribed, it describes the Cafeteria module and offers a Subscribe button. See Cloud Cafeteria.
Payouts
The Payouts summary appears only when online payments are enabled on your account. It shows the commission rate and settlement terms, your pending payout amount, and your net total for the current month. A View payments button opens the payments view.
