Floors
Floors group client PCs and consoles by the part of the venue they sit in. On the monitoring screens, staff can then jump straight to a floor instead of scanning one long list.
Open Settings, then Floors.
Turning Floors On
Enable floor plan shows floor tabs and grouping on the monitoring screens. While it is off, all PCs and consoles appear in a single list.
Managing Floors
Add floor creates a floor and asks for a name. Anything that describes a part of the venue works: Ground floor, 1st floor, VIP room.
Each floor row offers:
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Rename floor | Change the name |
| Move up / Move down | Change the order the floors appear in |
| Delete floor | Remove the floor. Devices on it move to Unassigned |
The device count next to each floor shows how many PCs and consoles are assigned to it.
Assigning Devices
A device is put on a floor with the Floor field in its own settings. A device with no floor is listed under Unassigned.
On the monitoring screens, All floors shows everything at once and each floor tab narrows the view. A floor with nothing on it shows a short notice instead of an empty grid.
