Analytics
The Analytics page is the reporting dashboard of HandyCafe. Its tabs cover revenue, tax, sales, expenses, sessions, consoles, applications, computers, websites, members, subscriptions and cashiers. It aggregates data from sessions, transactions, application usage and other system records to produce meaningful reports. The page was previously called Statistics.
Plan Availability
Every Analytics tab, the Report Builder with saved report presets and the revenue forecast on the Revenues tab are included in HandyCafe Genesis Pro. They are also open during the 14-day trial.
Accessing Analytics
Click Analytics in the left sidebar. The page opens on the Overview tab.
The day-end report is not a tab here. It has its own Summary entry in the lower block of the sidebar. See Day-End Summary.
A cashier whose role can only view today's reports sees every tab limited to today. The Report Builder tab is hidden for that cashier.
Date Range Selection
Most tabs offer Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days and a custom range. The Sessions, Computer Usage and Websites tabs also offer Yesterday and This Month. The Overview tab reports on a single business day. Changing the range immediately refreshes all charts and tables within the active tab. Every range follows the business day start hour set in Settings > General.
The Revenues, Sales, Sessions and Tax tabs have a Compare selector. It compares the range with the Previous period or with the Same weekdays 52 weeks ago and adds change badges and a Period Comparison table.

Data Sources
Analytics figures are aggregated from the following database tables and modules:
- Sessions -- Session start/stop times, durations, and pricing data.
- Transactions -- All financial records including payments and refunds.
- App Usage -- Application launch and duration tracking from client PCs.
- Orders -- Product order records and line items.
- Expenses -- Recorded business expenses.
- Members -- Member profiles and activity history.
- Cashiers -- Cashier shift and transaction records.
